Great for entertaining and can be customized to your favorite flavors. You can rent boards of all shapes and sizes or have your own used. We offer on-site set up or pre-arranged board pick-up and use!

With 18+ years of culinary experience, Lindsey Coates (formerly Corradino) brings a playful and creative approach to your event catering needs.
Growing up around family recipes and innovating with spices, she began working in various restaurants ranging from pastry work to flipping burgers, which made her realize her love for feeding hungry people. With high-volume kitchen experience in Las Vegas, Southern California, and DFW, The Cheese Girl of Fort Worth brings a variety of professionalism, creativity, and epicurean flare to each of her events.
Now as a wife, mother of 2 boys, and full-time architectural product consultant, she is bringing her love for the community and food together! Serving the greater Fort Worth and Dallas area, The Cheese Girl can help you cater a graze-worthy table, a dainty board for brunch, or even a themed spread to make your event gleam.
Also specializing in sommelier pairing, individual charcuterie appetizers, and cheese boards of all flavors~ sweet, savory, galore!
